I’m currently drinking Halaka, Ethiopia from my friends at Yallah Coffee, and it’s an absolutely fantastic coffee. It’s got that classic Ethiopian acidity, but beautifully tempered by lovely subtle fruitiness. The aftertaste is a gift that keeps on giving. Highly recommended.
