I’m currently drinking Halaka // Ethiopia from my friends at Yallah Coffee, and it’s an absolutely fantastic coffee. It’s got that classic Ethiopian acidity, but beautifully tempered by lovely subtle fruitiness. The aftertaste is a gift that keeps on giving. Highly recommended.
